I also give free tech support for 1 year after the sale. Before I ship a computer I run Apple Service Diagnostic (ASD) tests which take 5 hours to run the 200 different test on the complete computer. When all green check marks it has passed and I pack and ship to customer. I also don't get back money on the packing materials I use to prevent damage to computer. Packing materials cost me over $25 to ship a computer. So this is why I don't give refunds. I invest too much time and money. If you want a good working computer that will last between 2 to 5 years and want tech support the whole time and a good deal on replacement parts should one fail then purchase one of my computers. If not then that is ok also.
