We have access to local PC shops disposing of ex demo stock along with various market places. We only purchase premium condition cards. Our used cards might have some package damage but never to the GPU itself. All our cards are stress tested in our systems for a minimum of 24 hours prior to shipping. Build Time & Shipping We are doing our best to always keep at least a few of these cards in stock and ready to ship. However demand is very high, and most of the time they are built in the same sequence that they are ordered, one at a time. Each card involves a substantial amount of work and testing, as modifications are done at the hardware level. After that each card undergoes 24 hours of endurance testing. When we don’t have cards in stock ready to ship, it can take anywhere from one to seven business days for your card to ship out. Warranty & Return Policy We warranty all of our Mac Pro video cards for 30 days for used cards and 90 days for new cards, starting with the day that you receive your package. The video cards that we sell can be used or brand new, make sure to check the listing. When new they ship from the manufacturer with warranties ranging anywhere from 3 years to lifetime. In order to make these video cards compatible with the Mac Pro we have to modify them at the hardware level. Our modifications are however 100% reversible. Should you find yourself in need of a replacement after the initial 90 day period, please don't hesitate to contact us. Given the highly specialised nature of these products, there should be no good reason to return one of these video cards unless it is defective or malfunctioning of course. If that should be the case, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you (international buyers will have to cover all shipping costs). Should you receive a defective video card, please contact us immediately (please do not discard any packaging materials). For those rare cases when a customer has changed his or her mind about a purchase, we do offer a 21 day return window. In this case any refunds are granted at our own discretion on a case by case basis (15% restocking fee if refund is granted and all shipping fees are covered by customer)
