The unit has been upgraded to a the high-end GTX 285 1GB graphics card. Cosmetically, unit is in good condition. There are light scuffs and/or scratches; all superficial which do not effect performance. Overall, 8/10. Functionally, the unit is perfect. With the upgraded 32gb memory and upgraded graphics card, the unit performs smooth and quick. 10/10. Prior to this listing, the units have been blown with high pressure air to remove any dust to sustain efficiency of the power supply and all fans. Since the prior production company that owned these units removed their hard drives to protect their data, the 1TB 7,200rpm hard drive has been newly installed. Units have a fresh install of Mavericks 10.9 operating system. Upon request, Snow Leopard 10.6.8, Lion 10.7, Mountain Lion 10.8, or Yosemite 10.10 (latest) can be installed instead. Unit comes with power cord. Keyboard and mouse are not included. Note: Apple produced the model 2,1 Mac Pro 8-Core 3.0Ghz in 2007 with the 'Clovertown' processors. The 2007 model 2,1 8-Core 3.0Ghz with the 'Clovertown' processors are not capable of the newer operating systems or software because they use the earlier 32-bit architecture. In 2008, Apple revised the Mac Pro to model 3,1 with 8-Core 2.8Ghz, 3.0Ghz, and 3.2Ghz with newer "Harpertown" processors with 64-bit architecture. The units I have listed are the 2008 model 3,1 with the newer "Harpertown" processors with 64-bit architecture which are capable of the newest Mountain Lion 10.8 and Mavericks 10.9 operating systems and newest software. Also, the 2008 'Harpertown' processors and faster than the earlier 'Clovertown' processors; thus the model 3,1 8-Core 2.8ghz has higher benchmark speeds than the model 2,1 8-Core 3.0Ghz.
